Who is BOSSupport?

BOSSupport, is a leading Administrative Service Organization providing HR services to small and mid sized businesses.

What is the difference between BOSSupport and a PEO?

BOSSupport does not enter into a co-employment arrangement with its clients as is required by a PEO.  BOSSupport offers many of the same administrative support functions as a PEO but on a menu driven basis, i.e., the client can choose the functions it wishes to outsource--and only pays for those servicesA PEO bundles its services and client companies must pay for all services offered.  Finally, BOSSupport, through its network of qualified brokers, provides services to enable companies to offer creative and comprehensive benefits.  Companies can choose benefit plans that meet their needs.  With a PEO, the company must participate in the bundled, national plan.

How much does your service cost?

  • Studies have shown that the cost of administering benefits averages $27.42 per employee per month.  Our services generally save between 15% and 55% off that average (which include PEO’s).

  • When I terminate an employee what steps will I need to take to insure that he/she is taken off of the insurance plans, that s/he will be offered COBRA/State Continuation and that health insurance carrier does not continue to bill me for benefits?

  • By utilizing payroll information, BOSSupport will identify terminated employees and administer the COBRA/State Continuation process for you.  This occurs whether BOSSupport processes your payroll or not.
